Weight Loss in the Belly

1. Diet Tip – Simply eat an apple before your meals

So why does this help you to lose belly fat? Simple… each apple has 5 grams of fiber and a lot of water in it. This fills you up. If you eat this before your meal, you’ll get full faster and eat less of the meal. The end result is you cut your calories SAFELY. I emphasize the safely part because most people who cut calories do it totally wrong and totally screw up their metabolism and shut it down.

It’ll take discipline to do this, but if you can, you should see the scale going down WITHIN 1 week. Try it and see for yourself.

2. Hula hoop yourself into a beautiful waistline

The weighted hula hoop is a great way to develop a smaller waist while maintaining womanly curves. I say the weighted one because it rotates slower around your waist, thus allowing you to maintain control and continue twirling it around. The regular hoops are too light and fall to the ground immediately.

During a few tv commercial breaks, simply twirl the hula hoop around your waist. Do this for about 10 total minutes a day. You’ll start to notice results within 2-3 weeks. Stick with this exercise, it’s worth it.

These are 2 ways on how you do weight loss in the belly.
