Six Pack Abs in a Few Weeks? It is Easy!

If you have been thinking that women like guys with huge visible pumped up muscles you could not be more wrong. It has been proven in many studies that women prefer men with a lean body and a sexy flat stomach. Knowing that, you would probably want to get six pack abs as soon as possible. However, be aware, there are many wrong information out there on how to do that fast.

You will hear different advice like to run every day for an hour, or to do abs exercises until you drop off your feet.
But the fact is, you already have six pack abs. Everybody does. They are just not visible because they are hidden beneath a layer of your stomach fat. To get that sexy looking six pack abs you have to get rid of the excess fat on your stomach and at the same time build up these abdominal muscles.

How to get six pack abs in a few weeks?

First of all you will have to make some dietary changes. One of the most important things you have to avoid if you want that sexy stomach is drinking beer. Beer is something that gives you fat on your stomach like no other thing. The sugar from beer is in a form that our body cannot use right away, it turns to fat and becomes an "energy supply" in layers stored on our stomach. This is why most skinny guys who drink a lot of beer have that huge belly. The same goes for processed carbohydrates like white bread, sugars..etc. Avoid them.

Of course you will have to do some exercise, but it is not necessary to kill yourself in the gym for hours every day. You don't even have to go to the gym. If you do 50-100 crunches every day, and a few common abs exercises you will tighten up your stomach muscles very fast. To get six pack abs in a few weeks all you should do is do exercise for half an hour a day, and eat healthy food.
