How to eat your daily meals?

When you wake up in the morning, a glass of water (not too hot or not too cold) is important to consume. This can be a good signal to wake up all the organs in your body. Then, you can consume some foods that are simple to be digested such as oatmeal, fresh fruits and vegetables. Do not consume foods that are physically so cold because these foods will bring negative effect to the digestion.

During the lunch time, you should consume foods that contain high protein in order to trigger a rise in dopamine. Protein is important for repairing and renewing your cells, transporting oxygen and nutrients and producing hormones. Avoid consuming too many carbohydrates that will release serotonin. Serotonin can make you sleepy.

During the supper time, you can consume your favorite carbohydrates, this is the appropriate time for your body to wind down and get a bit sleepy. Try not to eat 3 hours before your bedtime. This will allow you to sleep better and not to retain unnecessary calories.

Having good diet is much related to your pregnancy. Making positive changes in your diet will definitely have good effect on your fertility and help to prepare your body for pregnancy.
