Do you ever experience being in the middle of an intense workout when suddenly, you felt severe muscular pain? How about completing an office report while having a bad headache? Or having lunch with your family when you just randomly feel an abdominal pain? For sure, no one wants to be in these situations ever again. They say pain is inevitable but that is so old school. Pain can now be easily removed with the help of No-Shpa.
No-Shpa, which means "there is no spasm" in Latin, is created and developed by a Hungarian company. It all began in the 1960s and was improved to be an effective soothing drug. It contains Drotaverine Hydrochloride which is generically prescribed for pain and dysfunction.
No-Shpa can be used to reduce spasm of smooth muscle caused by biliary and urinary tract, gastrointestinal and gynecological ailments and even vascular headaches. It can also be used by pregnant women by doctor's recommendation. The effects are fast acting and can be felt in 15 minutes. Some people chose to inject the drug directly to get a faster effect. When injected the drug can soothe pain in as fast as 2 minutes, 30 minutes being the maximum. This drug can also be combined with other pain medicines such as Ibuprofen, Paracetamol, Diclofenac and Aspirin to double the action.
Depending on the level of pain, there are two dosage of No-Shpa which you can use. No-Shpa 40mg is a round tablet containing 40 mg of Drotaverine Hydrochloride. Adults can take 1 to 2 doses a day for three days. For children, the dosage depends on their age and the reason of the pain. No-Shpa forte tablet, on the other hand, contains 80mg of Drotaverine Hydrochloride. Adults can take 1 tablet, two to three times a day. Due to its effects, people who take this dosage are advised to stop driving or to refrain from any speed / psychomotor reactions.
Despite of being effective, No-Shpa cannot be taken if you have hypotension, low warm emission, medicinal intolerance, glucose-galactose intolerance, liver or renal ailments and during lactation period. Just like any other pain medicine, you might also develop some side effects like nausea, lack of sleep, dizziness, allergic reactions, increase of perspiration and heartbeat, lack of sleep and feeling extra warm. However, there's nothing to be scared of because the side effects are temporary and do not usually occur all at the same time.
For now, No-Shpa is just available to several countries but its producers are positive that there is a potential for it to be produced globally. Besides, everybody deserves to have a life free of pain.
