The first thing to do is to reduce the amount of stress that you have. You will also want to be sure that you are eating right and getting the right amount of sleep. You can also try some relaxation techniques to help you deal better with your daily stress. This can be something as simple as joining a yoga class or learning some breathing techniques. There are also plenty of over the counter medications to choose from that can help you to get the headaches under control.
