5 Effective Steps – How to Lose Weight a Week

Here are 5 Effective tips to help you to start lose weight a week!

1.Target Your Goal

This is the most important thing you need to do, Target on how much weight you want to lose in 1 week, Make a punishment for yourself if you cannot reach your target. It will help you to stay motivated to lose weight.

2.Drink More Water

Drink lots of water can help you to burn calories, It also helps you to flush out the toxin from your body. I recommend you drink 8 tall glasses of water a day. Avoid drinks that cause you gain weight such as sugar drink, coffee and sodas.

3.Eat More

Do not try to skip meal of a day, especially in the morning, Because food gives you energy to burn calories. Eat at least 4 times a day, and consume most of your meal with healthy foods.

4.Avoid Processed Food

Do not consume food that comes from boxes and cans. It usually contained lots of sugar, salt, and chemicals that will add more of your weight, and they are not healthy. If you want to lose weight a week, it is time to swaps all your processed food with fresh food.

5.Exercise

Exercise is the best way to burn calories. Perform an aerobic exercise such as jumping rope, running, walking, and other exercise that can increase your heart beat, perform this exercise for 30 minutes a day and do not forget to warm up before you start to work out.
